How do I place an order?
1. Browse through our website - You can either search the model you are looking for from the search bar shown below, or you can click on Sunglasses or Glasses to find all the available products on our website.
2. Once you find the item you like, click “Buy Now.” To order sunglasses and eyeglasses with prescription lenses, you can also choose “Buy With Prescription.”
3. If you click “Buy With Prescription,” you will be asked to choose the type of lenses you want: distance, progressive, reading, or non-prescription lenses.
After selecting your lens type, you can add your prescription information by either uploading a photo of your prescription or entering it manually. If you do not have your prescription details when you place your order, you can send them to us later.
If you already have a membership account, you can choose your prescription details from your membership account.
In the 3rd and 4th steps, you can select the lens index and the tints.
Be aware that we cannot combine multiple tints, as we can process only one tint for a frame.
4. After completing the order details, you will be redirected to the checkout page. Here, you can review your order details and shipping options. If you have a promotion/discount code or a voucher, click "I have a Promo Code, Voucher, or Referral," as shown in the photo below. Then, you'll be able to enter your code.
You can proceed with the payment options by clicking on the PayPal or "Continue Checkout" buttons.
If you select PayPal, then you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete the checkout. Please note that we'll take your address info directly from PayPal. Please ensure that your address details are correct on your PayPal account before completing your order, as we cannot edit it due to security reasons.
5. If you click the “Continue Checkout” button, you will be asked to fill in billing and shipping information. You can select your payment method at this stage- credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay (for Mac users).
